Most of the projects in my research group are interdisciplinary. In collaboration with researchers in multidiscipline (such as biologists, clinical scientists, compute scientists, epidemiologists, and geneticists, etc), we utilize statistical theory and computational algorithm in the model development for targets of mechanism understanding, pattern reveal , effect assessment, and new findings from dataset.
